“You are loosed from your infirmities”
Scripture For Meditation — 1Tim 2:1-2; 2Thessalonians 3:1-2; Ps 20:1-9
Prayers For the Leaders
As we come to the end of this year’s fasting and prayers, we will spend this last day meditating on what we have been praying about over the past three weeks.
Spend some quiet time alone with God away from all distractions and listen to what He will minster to your spirit. Write down any impressions you may receive whilst waiting.
Thank God for the grace He’s given to you to wait, and thank Him in advance (by faith, for answered prayers).
Prayer Focus
Please lift up myself and my family in prayers, as God will lead you to pray.
Pray also, for the Leadership team and their families.
Pray for us for clarity of vision and divine wisdom to lead the ministry, to plan and to execute God’s counsel concerning His agenda for the year 2020.
Pray for unity amongst the leadership team, that we will all be in alignment with the vision and work together in agreement as one, to see the plans and purposes of God for the year and beyond accomplished.
Pray that God will refresh and reward the workers that have given of their substance to support the ministry over the years.
May the glory of the Lord manifest in every area of our lives and ministry; may the Lord that answers prayers come through in power and miraculously in each of our lives in Jesus’s Name. Amen.
Shalom,
Pastor Wale Ola

“You are loosed from your infirmities”
Scripture For Meditation — Rev 22:1-5; Ezekiel 47:1-12
Divine Alignment
As we come to the penultimate day of this year’s fasting and prayers, we will do what we normally do to end our prayers for the coming year — Prophesy into the year 2020!
John’s vision in our scripture text today, mirrors a similar vision that God showed to Ezekiel (Eze 47:1-12). Both men were shown a vision of a river flowing from the throne of God out into the streets. John’s account calls this river the Water of Life, while Ezekiel calls it the River of God.
In both instances, the rivers broke the curse of death, barrenness and stagnation; they influenced the trees to be fruitful, bringing forth fruit every month; and brought life and healing wherever they flowed.
That is the promise that we are going to claim and prophesy into every month of the year 2020.
Prayer Focus
Let’s start by bringing the year 2020 before the throne of God, and pray that God will incapacitate and remove every disabling spirit and their influences from the year.
Let’s then bring every month of the new year under the covering of the blood of Jesus, praying that every day of those months begin to align with the word and purpose of God concerning your life.
Let’s prophesy these promises of the scriptures above into every month of the year:
• That God will break the curse of death, barrenness and stagnation off your life.
• That God will cause your life and your efforts to be fruitful throughout the year.
• That the anointing of the Holy Spirit will flow into every area of your life to revitalise you, and to bring healing wherever you are infirmed.
• That each month of the year will release the harvest that the river of God will produce for you.
• That every resource / provision that you need to accomplish God’s agenda and fulfil His vision and purpose for the season will be released in Jesus’s Name.
• That God will frustrate and cancel every plan that the enemy has fashioned against you through whatever means.
• Bless every month of the new year and pray that each month will manifest the glory of God in and through your life in Jesus’s Name.
Shalom,
Pastor Wale Ola

“You are loosed from your infirmities”
Scripture For Meditation — Ecc 4:9-12; Matt 18:18-20
STAND UP STRAIGHT
Our prayers today will be along the lines as we prayed for the church yesterday. (Please read yesterday’s blog if you didn’t read it already).
As was said yesterday (reading from Luke 13:10-13), sometimes, the disabling issues that we face in life even though they have natural, physical or maybe even rational manifestations that we can easily see, may actually have their root in spiritual causes.
With this in mind, we will be praying for our brethren in church and for ourselves, addressing the disabling spirits that may have been limiting or hindering us in anyway, that we may not have even realised have caused the infirmities manifesting in our lives!
God’s promise to you is that you will stand up straight, loosed from whatever infirmities have held you bound.
I’VE GOT YOUR BACK!
Many times, we get tired, frustrated and discouraged waiting for the change that we have believed God for, that we can get to the place where we stop praying and give up on our vision.
That’s why both of today’s scriptures give us the assurance of victory that comes from believers standing together in prayer, agreeing with themselves on the truth and reliability of God’s promises in His word to us.
Let’s read our first scripture text for today from the NLT bible:
Ecc 4:9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.
Ecc 4:10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.
Ecc 4:11 Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone?
Ecc 4:12 A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
Selah,
Pastor Wale Ola
Prayer Focus
Bring yourself / your family before God; ask God to visit the root of your bloodline and rebuke the spirit(s) behind the disabilities that have hindered you or your family.
Bind those disabling spirits, remove yourself, your family and your brethren in church, from under their influences and power.
Speak to the areas of your life that you know are infirmed, that they receive the power to straighten up and walk into the fullness of God’s purpose.
Pray for the release of every resource / provision that you need to do the work assigned by God for the year, and to accomplish your vision for the year effectively.
Pray for your business, career, job and meetings that will happen in the coming year. Pray that you will find favour, see advancements, be rewarded with promotion, and prosper in all that you set your hands to do in Jesus’s Name.
Let’s stand in agreement with our sisters that are believing God to get married, that God will answer our prayers and make it happen in 2020.
Let’s also pray for divine favour for those who are believing God for jobs / new jobs, business, career direction / changes, that God will make a way for them.
Let’s intercede for those that are suffering from sicknesses, that they will receive divine healing in Jesus’s Name. Amen

“You are loosed from your infirmities”
Scripture For Meditation —Luke 13:10-17; Matt 16:13-19
Here We Go Again
On day 10 of our fasting, talked about a spiritual reality that we said sometimes confuses us as believers — The question:
How can I still be bound though I’m saved?
Let’s return to our opening scripture that gave us the theme for this series of meditation.
Like the daughter of Abraham that was bound by the disabling spirit in our theme scripture text, it is also possible to be a born again child of God but still experience spiritual challenges and be bound in one area of our lives or the other. (We talked about this earlier when we meditated on the miracle of Lazarus’s resurrection).
The woman no doubt would have sought medical solutions to her disability over the 18 years that her condition persisted (much like the woman with the issue of blood was said to have spent all her money on physicians looking for a cure), but when Jesus appeared on the scene, He rebuked What the Bible references as a disabling spirit — the spirit of infirmity; He laid His hands on her and immediately, she was made whole!
While there are those believers who foolishly blame every negative occurrence in their lives that they experience to the work of Satan and his demonic activities, there are also others that think nothing of spiritual influences and just assume that everything happens as a consequence of natural or physical facts that can be reasonably explained.
The truth is somewhere in the middle.
More Than Meets The Eye
Sometimes, the natural things that we see in the physical, actually have their root in, and are the consequence of spiritual, demonic activities.
Unfortunately as believers instead of addressing the root cause of the problem which may be spiritual in nature, we sometimes spend our time and resources applying physical, natural or “rational” remedies that defy our “solution”.
The solution to your problem is not really more work, working harder, doing more… the question that you may need to address may be:
What’s the spirit disabling your destiny?
When Jesus addressed and rebuked the spirit that had kept that poor woman bound, she was loosed and healed of her physical disabilities!
Prayer Focus
We will spend the next few days using this understanding to pray for the Church, the congregation and our own selves or families.
Bring GLA before God; ask God to visit the root of this ministry and rebuke the spirit(s) behind the disabilities that have hindered the church.
Bind those disabling spirits, remove the church from under their influences and power.
Command the church to receive the power to straighten up and walk into the fullness of God’s purpose.
Pray for the release of every resource / provision that we need to do the work effectively.
Pray for the programmes, activities, events planned for the coming year, believing that everything that is needed will be provided for by Jehovah Jireh.
Shalom,
Pastor Wale Ola
